Monday will be a bloody day in the LPL with Ultra Prime taking on ThunderTalk Gaming, alongside the star event: Royal Never Give Up seeks to continue their climb back to #1 against a Rare Atom who have been a surprisingly strong team in the summer split.

PrizePicks Prop Selections

Ultra Prime v ThunderTalk Gaming

Smlz (UP) - Projected Kills: 6.5 - OVER

Smlz, game after game, had been the absolutely strongest player on Ultra Prime, and one of the better ADCs in the league despite Ultra Prime finishing outside of the play-off margins. While LPL ADCs are generally good, Smlz manages to appear competent in spite of his relatively weaker team around him. His opponent in SamD and Pudding are very weak, and his support ShiauC is the second best player on the squad- things are aligned for Smlz to hit big against TT.

Ultra Prime v ThunderTalk Gaming

SamD (TT) - Projected Kills: 5.5 - UNDER

SamD is the worst ADC in the LPL, even worse than V5’s Kelper. He is consistently a liability to his team, despite having a relatively decent top side. The competition of ADCs in the LPL is stacked, with SamD not even fit to make a start in his native LCK, with the only significantly successful ADC making the move is Viper, and maybe Aiming. SamD is likely to get crushed by UP’s better bottom lane.

Royal Never Give Up v Rare Atom

Gala (RNG) - Projected Kills: 8.5 - OVER

RNG coming back into form has been a group effort, but among them, ADC Gala was a significantly weaker performer coming back into the regular season relative to how he was performing at MSI. Slowly but surely, he has ramped up back into his late spring and play-off form, as being the best ADC in the world. Rare Atom and RNG is likely to be a close contest, so 9 kills isn’t a farfetch for a strong ADC to pick up over two games.
