Top Tier

Giancarlo Stanton, OF NYY

I think both Stanton and Aaron Judge are elite as it gets on Sunday but Stanton is $700 cheaper on DK. If you can find a way to play both, you could have a big day, but you’ll have to really pay down on the mound. Stanton has homered six times over his last 10 games and is hitting .333 over that span as well. He has a .384 wOBA against left-handed pitching this year and Keegan Akin has allowed an .870 OPS and .372 wOBA to RHH.

Luis Robert, OF CWS

Robert is destroying everything pitched at him as he had another three-hit outing on Saturday including a home run. He’s now blasted four home runs over his last seven games and over his last 10 contests, he’s batting .395 with an OPS just shy of 1.200. Righties are batting .300 against Brady Singer and if Robert reaches against the righty, he’s a threat to swipe a bag.

Mid Tier

Teoscar Hernández, OF TOR

Something’s gotta give here and I suspect Hernandez wins out. He has crushed southpaws all season, batting .355 with 11 HR and a robust .469 wOBA against them. Hernandez has homered in two straight games and has a hit in five straight as well. Cole Irvin’s K-rate against right-handed pitching is really low and he also has an xFIP of 5.11 against them. The elevated flyball rate is interesting, too.

Jonathan Villar, 2B/3B NYM

Just like everyone expected, Jonathan Villar would be the best infielder of Javier Báez, Fransisco Lindor and Villar himself! Villar is hitting EVERYTHING right now, slashing .486/.550/.800 over his last 10 games. He has six extra-base hits, including two home runs, and has even stolen a base. He has 17 HR and 11 SB this year, which shows you his dual threat capabilities. Villar has hit 14 of his 17 homers from the left side of the plate and has a .480 SLG% against RHP. That’ll be on display this Sunday.

Value Tier

Frank Schwindel, 1B/OF CHC

Why wouldn’t we want to play Schwindel at this point? He’s been ROLLIN’! He homered again on Saturday as he’s now hit a homer in five of his last six games and is batting .349 over his last 10 contests. Right-handed hitters have been Wil Crowe’s downfall this season, allowing them to bat .318 with a .950 OPS and .404 wOBA. Schwindel has a .566 SLG% and a .370 wOBA against RHP himself.

Luis Urías, 2B/3B/SS MIL

This is a great value in a great match-up with Jon Lester on the mound. Urias comes into this game hot, hitting .289 with a .579 SLG% with three homers over his last 10 games. Urias has had decent success against left-handed pitching this year posting a .326 wOBA against them. Righties have killed Jon Lester, batting .318 with a .930 OPS and .384 wOBA.
