MVP/CPT

Steph Curry, GSW - I mean, yeah. This guy is good. He’s scored 32+ actual points in back-to-back games and has put up 49+ DKP in eight of his last 10. There are few players in the world that can score as many fantasy points as he can in a game, which is why I’m hard pressed to use anyone else in the captain spot other than Curry. If he goes for 60 -- without the 1.5x boost -- and you’re someone who doesn’t have him in the CPT spot, you have no chance at a takedown.

Devin Booker, PHX -Booker is coming off a Western Conference Player of the week honor as he’s poured in 30+ actual points in three straight games. He’s put up 35+ DKP in four of his last five games and has topped 40+ in two of three, with the one being 39.75. If Andrew Wiggins ends up sitting, Golden State is going to have a tough time guarding Booker here.

Jordan Poole, GSW - I think the one guy that isn’t a spend up that I could make a case for in the CPT spot is Jordan Poole. That’s because Poole is a walking bucket and has multiple 30+ actual points games this season. If Poole has one of those games, you can fit a few of the top guys, which is unlikely if you use Curry or Booker in your CPT spot. Poole has a 26% USG rate, which is second on the team, and is averaging one FP/min this year.

UTIL

Draymond Green, GSW - We know this one is going to be competitive and the Suns are not great against opposing forwards, especially when Green goes to play center. The offense is running through Green and he still brings the defensive stats which is a bonus.

DeAndre Ayton, PHO - Flip side of that matchup is Ayton who has been fantastic since coming back from his injury a few weeks back. There is legit double-double upside here in this spot for Ayton against a Warriors center position that at times can certainly be taken advantage of.

Mikal Bridges, PHO - The offense doesn’t always go through Bridges here but he has been solid when getting his shots. He is also a great box score stuffer with his ability to grab boards and get blocks and steals as well.

Andrew Wiggins, GSW - After being questionable to play today Wiggins is going to be good to go per recent reports. The Warriors wing continues to have a strong season and is averaging 37.4 fantasy points over the last five games.

Dart Throw

Kevon Looney, GSW - Looney is averaging 20.7 FP over the last five games, grabbing 7.4 rebounds with 1.0 blocks, 1.0 steals and 5.8 points per game. He did have a run of double-digit rebounds and the Warriors may need some of his size tonight against Ayton.

Javale McGee, PHO - Revenge game spot for McGee here who is coming off the bench for the Suns but has been a huge fantasy point per minute player of late, giving us at least 21 FP over the last four games.
