OVER 11.5 Points

After battling a knee injury all season, Remy Martin is now a key contributor to Kansas’ offense and arguably the biggest reason why the team is in the Final Four. The Big 12 Preseason Player of the Year is playing like it, averaging 16.8 PPG in the NCAA Tournament and coming off Midwest region MOP honors. Though he’s been coming off the bench, Martin is seeing starter-level playing time with at least 24 minutes in three straight games and a notable uptick in offensive usage rate. The Villanova perimeter defense is now a tad worse with Justin Moore sidelined and Martin should take advantage of easier man-to-man matchups. He’s scored over 11.5 points in four of the last five games since seeing more playing time. His nine points scored last game could’ve been higher if Kansas didn’t beat Miami by 26 points, with Martin’s offense not needed much late.

OVER 23.5 Pts+Rebs+Asts

With Justin Moore out, a number of Villanova players now need to step up offensively. Jermaine Samuels is definitely one and he’s already turned it on in the postseason. The senior forward is averaging 17.5 points and 8.5 rebounds per game over the four NCAA Tournament contests so far, and he had at least 25 PRA in each. Those performances also all came with Moore still playing for Nova. Expect Samuels to stay plenty involved on both ends because if the Wildcats want to win, they’ll need him to be a legit No. 2 playmaker behind Collin Gillespie with Moore sidelined. This 23.5 PRA projection still seems a tad too low for a guy that’s running so hot.

OVER 2.5 3-PT Made

Brady Manek’s scoring and three-point shooting, especially, have helped carry North Carolina into the Final Four. The grad senior is averaging 21.5 PPG during the NCAA Tournament and he’s drained three or more three-balls in each outing. Manek’s perimeter shooting is pivotal for UNC to keep pace with Duke’s high-scoring offense. It’s worth noting that he went 5-for-10 from deep in the regular-season finale win over the Blue Devils, and also went 6-for-10 from three-point range against them earlier this year. That proven success in this matchup is something we can’t ignore. It also helps that Manek has now made three or more three’s in six of the last seven contests.

Others to Consider:

  • Caleb Daniels (Villanova) – OVER 19.5 Pts+Rebs+Asts
  • Paolo Banchero (Duke) – UNDER 4.0 Assists
  • Eric Dixon (Villanova) – OVER 6.5 Rebounds
  • Leake Black (North Carolina) – OVER 19.8 Fantasy Score
