Here are my personal core plays for this weekend's tournament.  These players listed below are my three favorite top tier, middle tier and value tier players for both DraftKings and Fanduel.  They will be at the core of all my lineups for this weekend's Sanderson Farms Championship and then I'll use my playbook to fill out the remaining spots in my lineup.

Make sure you read my full PGA DFS Playbook for Sanderson Farms Championship before using these core plays.  You can also take a look at my Weekly Tournament Projections at any time.

The Sanderson Farms Championship gets us back into the 2021-2022 PGA Tour season with an even more lackluster field.  I am not going to use my usual bankroll for this event because that there are so many unknowns with these players.  I feel like the balanced approach is the way to go because the entire field is basically middle of the road.  The highest ranked player is 25th in the world, Sam Burns.

When it is all said and done this weekend, it’ll be another shootout with scores close to if not over 20 under par.  That means you need to load up your lineups with scorers, guys who can go low but can go low consistently.  Upside is the name of the game for me especially these young up and coming Korn Ferry Players who are looking to make a name for themselves.

If you read my playbook, I’m likely going to start my lineups with either Sam Burns or Corey Conners. If I’m going stars and scrubs, I’ll start with Burns, if I want to go balanced, I’ll start with Conners.  Then I’ll mix in two of either Kevin Streelman, Seamus Power or Carlos Ortiz.  We’ll wrap things with either Joseph Bramlett, Taylor Pendrith, Greyson Sigg or Rory Sabbatini.  There is plenty of flexibility out there and don’t be afraid to go off board either. There are a lot of ways you can go because there are so many questionable players in this field.  It seems like everyone has a pro or a con to being playable this weekend.

Good luck!
