FaZe (World rank: #1) vs. BIG (World rank: #11) – 9:00 A.M. ET

Moneyline Odds: FaZe (-325) | BIG (+255)

Map Handicap: FaZe -1.5 (+105) | BIG +1.5 (-125)

This is an online best-of-three series for Roobet Cup 2022 - Group A winners' match
FaZe - Rating at event: Twistzz 1.60 | broky 1.43 | ropz 1.14 | rain 1.01 | karrigan 0.84
FaZe - Rating past three months: broky 1.13 | ropz 1.13 | rain 1.12 | Twistzz 1.11 | karrigan 0.95
BIG - Rating at event: Krimbo 1.27 | syrsoN 1.08 | tiziaN 0.98 | tabseN 0.93 | faveN 0.91
BIG - Rating past three months: syrsoN 1.12 | tabseN 1.10 | faveN 1.04 | Krimbo 1.03 | tiziaN 0.93

H2H Data:
These rosters faced in April at the PGL Major Antwerp 2022 Europe RMR and BIG swept 2-0 (16-7 Dust2 / 16-14 Mirage). Krimbo topped the leaderboards with 40 kills and a 1.25 Rating.

Prediction/Narrative: FaZe wins 2-1.
FaZe are still the number one team in the world, and they have been solid at this event through their first match-up with a 1.20 Team Rating and 1.26 K/D Ratio. BIG had a more difficult time in their opening match-up against Entropiq and currently have a 1.03 Team Rating and 0.98 K/D Ratio at the event. BIG did beat FaZe in a non-elimination match earlier this year at the RMR, but Mirage was extremely close and came down to some clutches from tabseN at the end. BIG dominated FaZe on Dust2, and I'd expect the Germans to win on that map since it will likely be their pick. BIG have a 7-3 W/L record across 10 maps played on Dust2 with this lineup, and their 5v4 conversion rate and 4v5 conversion rates have both been elite during that time at 81.7% and 33.1%, respectively. However, the rest of the map pool looks to be in favor of FaZe, especially considering FaZe have a winning record on every map in the pool in the past three months. I think this series will stay close based on the tight battle we saw last time between these teams on Mirage, but I have to give the edge to FaZe to win in this best-of-three.
- FaZe K/D Leaders at event: Twistzz 1.86 | broky 1.81 | ropz 1.19
- rain leads FaZe with 0.15 opening kills per round across two maps played at this event.

ENCE (World rank: #3) vs. MOUZ (World rank: #17) – 1:00 P.M. ET

Moneyline Odds: ENCE (-200) | MOUZ (+165)

Map Handicap: ENCE -1.5 (+150) | MOUZ +1.5 (-185)

This is an online best-of-three series for Roobet Cup 2022 - Group C winners' match
ENCE - Rating at event: Maden 1.14 | Spinx 1.14 | hades 1.04 | Snappi 0.91 | dycha 0.87
ENCE - Rating past three months: Spinx 1.15 | dycha 1.08 | hades 1.05 | Maden 1.04 | Snappi 0.97
MOUZ - Rating at event: frozen 1.33 | torzsi 1.32 | Bymas 1.21 | dexter 1.05 | JDC 0.89
MOUZ - Rating past three months: torzsi 1.18 | frozen 1.17 | Bymas 1.05 | dexter 0.99 | JDC 0.98

H2H Data:
These rosters have never faced each other. Snax was standing in for Spinx when these teams last met in May at IEM Dallas 2022. ENCE won 16-9 in a best-of-one on Nuke and hades led the server with 22 kills and a 1.54 Rating.

Prediction/Narrative: MOUZ wins 2-1.
MOUZ swept their opening match-up against Imperial, which puts them as a top-five team in terms of Team Rating at this event at 1.16, compared to 1.02 for ENCE. MOUZ are also top-five in K/D ratio at 1.22 compared to 0.97 for ENCE, and their players look to be in great form with frozen & torzsi amongst the top-seven players in terms of Rating at the event. ENCE have looked vulnerable in the past month with a 4-5 W/L record across nine maps played, though they were on a hot streak in prior months, which carried them to their number two ranking. MOUZ have a 31-16 W/L record across 47 maps played with this lineup, and they can go toe-to-toe with ENCE on Ancient considering MOUZ have a 9-0 W/L record on that map. MOUZ have won three in a row on ENCE's best map, Nuke, and I think MOUZ' map pool is overall strong enough to have upset potential in this best-of-three. The timing seems right for MOUZ to get a win considering ENCE have been strumbling as of late, and I like backing them at a discount in this spot.

- MOUZ K/D Leaders at event: torzsi 1.52 | frozen 1.48 | Bymas 1.36 | dexter 1.03
- torzsi leads MOUZ with 0.22 opening kills per round across two maps played at this event.
