H2H Data:

  • These rosters have never faced each other.

Prediction/Narrative: ECSTATIC wins 2-1.

Enterprise announced h4rn & stinx to their roster just over a week ago, and we haven’t seen them play with this roster yet. As such, I’m not expecting much from them for the time being. Still, h4rn is an elite AWPer at the tier two level as demonstrated by his 1.16 Rating in 2021 as a member of Fiend. H4rn also plays aggressively, and it would be impossible for me to ignore him if I was taking anybody from the Enterprise side. As for stinx, there isn’t much data to go off of other than his stand-in appearance from Enterprise back in April when he finished with 56 kills, 66 deaths, and 0.93 Rating across three maps versus AGO. Meanwhile, ECSTATIC have been rolling despite benching WolfY, and they have an 18-16 W/L record with this lineup. ECSTATIC have taken down MASONIC, Finest, and SKADE in the past month, which shows that they can still achieve solid results at the tier two level with XELLOW in their lineup. ECSTATIC have a strong map pool with Vertigo (5-2 W/L record past three months) and Inferno (4-2 W/L record past three months) as their best maps. Enterprise have no map history with this lineup, but Ancient is their only map with a winning record in the past three months as a team. This should be an easy series for ECSTATIC on paper, but there are certainly question marks surrounding Enterprise. I’m giving Enterprise credit to win a map here, maybe Ancient, since h4rn could be a difference maker with the AWP, but ultimately, I will ride with ECSTATIC in this spot.

  • FASHR leads this ECSTATIC lineup with a 1.26 Rating and 1.27 K/D ratio across 34 maps played.
  • Birdfromsky leads this ECSTATIC lineup with 22.2% opening duel attempts.

Sprout (World rank: #39) vs. MOUZ NXT (World rank: Unranked) - 1:00 PM. ET

Moneyline Odds: Sprout (-120) | MOUZ NXT (-110)

Map Handicap: Sprout -1.5 (+215) | MOUZ NXT +1.5 (-305)

  • This is an online best-of-three series for the upper bracket round of 16 of the REPUBLEAGUE Season 3 Closed Qualifier
  • Sprout - Rating at event: N/A
  • Sprout - Rating past three months: lauNX 1.13 | slaxz-  1.12 | Staehr 1.08 | Spiidi 1.03 | raalz 0.90
  • MOUZ NXT - Rating at event: N/A
  • MOUZ NXT - Rating past three months: mhL 1.17 | Jimpphat 1.14 | xertioN 1.04 | siuhy  1.01 | szejn 0.98

H2H Data:

  • These rosters have never faced each other.

Prediction/Narrative: Sprout wins 2-0.

Sprout added lauNX, a 17 year old Romanian prospect, earlier this month to replace Marix, and the kid has looked great right out the gate. Sprout have a 6-2 W/L record since adding lauNX, and they haven’t lost a series yet. They’ve taken down some decent teams such as Anonymo, AGO, and Tricked, and I think this is the best Sprout have looked since faveN left to join BIG. As for MOUZ NXT, they have done a good job of showcasing talent for their main roster, which led to the promotion of torszi and JDC, but this academy team is left to pick up the pieces. They added mhL to take over on the AWP at the beginning of the year, and they just recently signed 15 year old prospect Jimpphat, who has stood in with the team since March. Jimpphat has Counter-Strike in his blood as he is the younger brother of former ENCE star sergej, and he is already making noise at such a young age. MOUZ NXT have not played a map with this lineup since Jimpphat joined full-time, but with him as a stand-in, they went 4-5 across nine maps played, including a current five map loss streak. MOUZ NXT haven’t experienced the same immediate success as Sprout, and Sprout simply look like the better team at the moment. These young rosters have immense potential, but Sprout have been playing well and I expect that to continue here. The map pool could go a few different ways since we have minimal data for these new rosters. Sprout have already recorded a win on Dust2, Mirage, Inferno, Vertigo, and two on Ancient, and their only two losses came on Overpass, so their map pool does appear to be deep. Nuke has been one of MOUZ NXT’s best maps in the past, but Sprout should ban it to start, which is another reason why Sprout have the potential to sweep here. I really like Sprout in this spot at even money.

  • Staehr leads this Sprout lineup with a 1.28 Rating, while slaxz- leads with a 1.28 K/D ratio across eight maps played.
  • slaxz- & lauNX lead this Sprout lineup with 23.5% opening duel attempts.
