TOP GUARDS

Dereon Seabron (NC State) Opp UL ($9.5K DK/8.6K FD)

Seabron is one of the most improved players in the country. The redshirt sophomore is 12th in the nation in scoring (21.7) and tied for ninth in rebounding (10.9)- big leap from the 5.2 points and 3.5 rebounds he averaged last year. Coming off a monster 39-point, 19-rebound performance against Nebraska on Wednesday, Seabron now has five double-doubles on the season. A much better value on FanDuel but he is in play on both sites and in all formats.

Justin Moore (Villanova) Opp STJOE ($8.1K DK)

Villanova has the highest team implied score on the slate (83.50) meaning Moore should have another big game as one of the teams main go-to players. Hopefully the game doesn’t get too out of hand, so he gets a full run because Moore is the team usage leader (26.3%) and second in scoring (15.3) and rebounds (5.1). Always a safe play Moore is in play in cash games.

Johnny Davis (Wisconsin) Opp MARQ ($7.2K DK/$8.4K FD)

The Badger’s second year guard is leading the team in per game points, rebounds, assists, and steals and have won every game that he plays- he missed the Providence loss. A big-time volume shooter, Davis is finally that high scoring guard that Wisconsin has been searching for over the last 10 years. Core play in a tight pace up game today.

Other Top Guards to Consider:

  • Kennedy Chandler (TENN) $7.3K DK
  • Santiago Vescovi (TENN) $6.3K DK
  • Jordan Hall G/F (STJOE) $7.3K DK
  • Xavier Johnson (IND) $6.7K FD

TOP VALUE GUARDS

Nick Honor (Clemson) Opp @MIA ($4.9K DK/$6.9K FD)

Honor can be erratic but at $4.9K on DraftKings and playing 30 minutes he may worth a shot today. Leads the team with 4.0 assists per game and tacks on 11.8 points and 1.5 rebounds a game. He’s shown that he’s capable of big games scoring 34.3 DKFP last week against Charleston Southern and three straight games of 28DKFP+ in mid-November.

Austin Crowley (Mississippi) Opp MEM ($4.4K DK/$5.7K FD)

Crowley is a solid value on DraftKings ranking 85th in the nation with 4.2 assists per game plus adding 7.9 points and 2.7 rebounds per matchup. He is now back in the starting lineup, and he may not win you a GPP but should be enough to make value.

Other Value Guards to Consider:

  • Alex Lomas (MEM) $3.9K DK/5.0K FD
  • Keeshawn Barthelemy (COL) $3.9K DK
  • Dre Davis (G/F) (UL) $3.5K/5.0K FD

TOP FORWARDS

Jabari Walker (Colorado) Opp TENN ($6.8K DK)

Walker is becoming an elite player for the Buffaloes. He was the best player on the court in Wednesday nights tough loss to UCLA when he notched his fifth double-double with a season high 22 points and 11 rebounds. The team usage (26.4%), points (14.9), rebounds (9.5) and DKFP leader (30.9) is a core play at forward today so lock him in.

Keve Aluma (Virginia Tech) Opp WAKE ($6.7K FD)

This is the Keve Aluma we are used to seeing. Down in the second half, Tech turned to Aluma who delivered 17 points and 12 rebounds as the Hokies rallied against Maryland for a 62-58 victory on Wednesday night. It was his second double-double of the season and the big man has awoken. At $6.7K on FanDuel, Aluma is the top point per dollar play on their slate.

Jordan Hall (G/F) (St. Joseph’s) Opp @VU ($7.3K DK)

The Villanova locker room has a viral bug sweeping through it and as many as three players may miss tomorrow leaving the team short-handed. This is a Big 5 Rivalry game, and the sophomore Hall finds himself in a solid spot again after he scoring 37 DKFP on 17 points and six rebounds and six assists in last years game. He is now tied for second in assists in the Atlantic 10 with 5.9 per game while averaging 13.1 points and 7.4 rebounds. The team usage leader (25.7%) plays almost every minute of the game and will be ready for a depleted Wildcat team this afternoon.

Brandon Slater (Villanova) Opp STJOE ($7.5K DK)

Slater stole a starting job from Caleb Daniels over the summer and hasn’t looked back. He has scored in double figures in each of Villanova’s first seven games after scoring eight or more points just four times in his first three seasons. Slater has also been an accurate shooter sitting at 13-of-27 from 3-point range and 78.6% from inside the arc. As long as he is not one of the Nova players with the flu expect a good run of minutes today from Slater with a shortened bench and high implied team total.

Other Top Forwards to Consider:

  • Trayce Jackson-Davis (IND) $8.8K FD
  • Jalen Duren (MEM) $8.6K DK/7.2K FD
  • Malik Williams (UL) $7.1K DK/6.6K FD
  • Taylor Funk (STJOE) $7.7K DK

TOP FORWARD VALUE PLAYS

DeAndre Williams (Memphis) Opp @MISS ($5.1K DK/$5.9K FD)

Williams is the heart, soul, and leader of a young Tiger team. Anyone that has seen Memphis play this year will comment right away about his intensity and how he is the usage leader when he is on the floor. The only thing keeping Williams from a must play every night is that his minutes were maxing out at the 20-minute mark. Has that changed? Williams is coming off a season high 29 minutes in Wednesdays tight 82-79 loss the Georgia where he came close to a double-double with 11 points and eight rebounds. If we knew he was getting those minutes again he is a lock but either way Williams is a great point per dollar play today

Tyler Wahl (Wisconsin) Opp MARQ ($4.7K DK/$5.8K FD)

May not be pretty but Wahl gets it done. He protects the rim, is efficient from the floor and will give you 30 minutes a game. After scoring a season high 18 points against St. Mary’s last week Wahl was his usual efficient self, registering nine points, three rebounds and a couple of blocks in a big win over Georgia Tech on Wednesday. He is reasonably priced on both sites making him one of the safest plays of the day.

Other Guard Values to Consider:

  • Jaemyn Brakefield (MISS) $3.6K DK/4.7K FD
  • Kur Kuath (MARQ) $4.0K DK/5.9K FD
  • Dre Davis G/F (UL) $3.5K/5.0K FD
