TOP GUARDS

Iverson Molinar (Mississippi State) Opp UL ($7.4K)

Molinar and Shakeel Moore have been a lead the Bulldogs frontcourt so far this season and combined to score 28 points- 42% of Mississippi State’s total- in their last game which was a win over Morehead State. As the highest projected scorer on the slate the explosive combo guard leads the team in usage (25.6%), minutes (30.3), points (15.8) and fantasy points (31.5).

Jordan Hall G/F (St. Joseph’s) Opp USC ($6.8K)

Hall is a superstar in the making. A passing forward and oversized ball handler, he had the highest assist rate (35.2%) among freshman last season and has picked right up where he left off. He leads the team in usage (26.8%) and minutes (32.8), is tied with Ejike Obinna as leading rebounder (7.3) and second in scoring with a 15.5-point average. A big underdog tonight but don’t sleep on Hall and his solid $6.8K salary.

Boogie Ellis (USC) Opp @STJOE ($7.0K)

The Memphis transfer has been a huge addition to the Trojans and showing the potential that made him a big-time recruit just a couple years ago. Ellis is averaging 17 points per game and shooting 47.1% from 3-point range to lead the team with by far the highest implied point total of the slate- 83.25 points.

Other Top Guards to Consider:

  • Jacob Gilyard (RICH) $9.2K GPP
  • Matt Bradley (SDSU) $8.5K GPP
  • Taylor Funk (STJOE) $7.7K Cash/GPP

TOP VALUE GUARDS

Aminu Mohammed (Georgetown) Opp @SDSU ($5.0K)

The freshman wing has quickly become the Hoyas best player and has been the best player on the court for long stretches in the teams first three games including one double-double. Not a bad price ($5.0K) for the team’s leader in usage (29.5%), points (14.0) and rebounds (7.7) plus the only player getting 30+ minutes of floor time every game.

Shakeel Moore (Mississippi St) Opp UL ($4.4K)

Moore is part of the Bulldogs talented four player transfer group along with Garrison Brooks, DJ Jeffries, and Rocket Watts. His 3.0 steals per game are tied for 2nd in the SEC and he is the perfect compliment to stud guard Molinar accounting for 13.8 points and a 22.4 DKFP average.

Cameron Matthews G/F (Mississippi State) Opp UL (4.1K)

Another Bulldog makes the top value list as Matthews is a versatile guard/forward who will attack the rim on the offense and is also a strong rebounder and rim protector on the defensive side. He is playing 26 minutes a game and is second on the team in rebounding ay 6.5 per game along with a 23.9 DKFP average.

Other Value Guards to Consider:

  • Donald Carey (GU) $4.5K Cash/GPP
  • Noah Locke (UL) $4.1K GPP
  • Dante Harris (GU) $5.0K Cash/GPP

TOP FORWARDS

Tyler Burton (Richmond) Opp UMD ($7.9K)

Burton is averaging 19.8 points and 7.4 rebounds for the Spiders and has put together a solid start to the season hitting 58.6% from deep and scoring over 35 DKFP each in the last three games. He leads the team in usage (26.5%), points (19.8) and rebounds (7.4) and will be playing 30 minutes plus tonight against Maryland in what is expected to be a close game from wire to wire.

Isaiah Mobley (USC) Opp @STJOE ($8.3K)

Mobley has become much more of an offensive catalyst this season rather than the complementary piece he was last year when everything ran through his younger brother and #3 NBA draft pick Evan Mobley. With teams doubling him on the post Mobley has found more space on the perimeter and has become one of the team’s top three-point shooters. With a 24.8% usage rate and 30.8 DKFP average Mobley is firmly in play tonight against St. Joseph’s.

Other Top Forwards to Consider:

  • Jordan Hall G/F (STJOE) $6.8K (should be in your lineup at either guard or forward)
  • Taylor Funk (STJOE) $7.7K Cash/GPP
  • Qudus Wahab (UMD) $8.4K GPP
  • Chevez Goodwin (USC) $6.0K Cash/GPP

TOP VALUE FORWARDS

Grant Golden (Richmond) Opp UMD ($4.6K)

Golden is the Spiders second leading scorer averaging 17.6 points and is one of their most dangerous threats from long distance. He has the highest offensive efficiency rate on the team and is second by only percentage points in usage to Tyler Burton. A steal at $4.6K for a big man that can rebound, score, and pass just as good as anyone on tonight’s slate.

Malik Williams (Louisville) Opp @MSS ($3.9K)

The 6’11”, 250-pound big man has had so much promise, but his collegiate career has been marred by one injury after another. He was finally cleared to play right before the 2021-22 preseason started and has slowly worked his way back to playing nearly 30 minutes a game. He may not be the same player that was runner up for ACC Sixth Man of the Year but has been solid with a 6.8-point average and 9.3 rebound average through the first four games this season and should make value on his $3.9K salary.

Other Value Forwards to Consider:

  • Cameron Matthews G/F (MSST) $4.1K Cash/GPP
  • Keshad Johnson (SDSU) $4.0K GPP
  • Kaiden Rice G/F (GU) $4.1K GPP
