Braves released RHP Chad Kuhl.
Braves signed RHP Chad Kuhl to a minor league contract with an invitation to spring training.
Kuhl bolsters Atlanta’s organizational relief depth after struggling to a bloated 5.06 ERA, 1.52 WHIP and 54/25 K/BB ratio across 53 1/3 innings (31 appearances) last year out of the White Sox’ bullpen. The 32-year-old journeyman righty has made 174 appearances (117 starts) in the big leagues dating back to 2016.
