Facu wasn't playing enough to provide any value in fantasy hoops, so this won't impact many leagues, if any.

He played well when he was out there despite the lack of fantasy stats. He's not worth rostering and probably won't be unless the Mavericks start suffering some serious injury woes. His season start was delayed due to visa issues but he was out there tonight. 

Campazzo won't be active until this situation is taken care of, with Mavericks coach Jason Kidd saying the team hopes to resolve it by early next week. This won't impact fantasy hoops, as Campazzo will be no higher than third on the depth chart once cleared. 

Campazzo gets at least one more year in the NBA, but he's just going to be an emergency depth guy in Dallas. Don't expect any fantasy value as long as Luka Doncic and Spencer Dinwiddie are healthy.
