Parker can earn as much as $4 million in 2023 with incentives. The veteran right tackle missed all of 2022 with a tricep injury that he suffered in training camp, but started 13 games for them in 2021. Little more than a serviceable starter, Parker has allowed 120 pressures and 22 sacks in his four seasons. His 53 pressures allowed in 2021 ranked fifth most amongst all tackles.

Parker took over as the team's starting right tackle after Alex Leatherwood was moved to guard following a few dreadful starts at tackle. Parker ultimately started 13 regular season games. He allowed eight sacks and 53 pressures, both of which were among the highest marks in the league. The Raiders will likely add a potential starter at right tackle via the draft while keeping Parker in the wings as an experienced backup.

The Raiders enter Week 1 extremely healthy outside of losing Tyrell Williams during the preseason. Henry Ruggs III and Bryan Edwards will make their rookie debuts against a predictably poor Panthers secondary. Look for Jon Gruden to involve his new playmakers early.
