The one-way deal is worth $800,000. Frost accounted for five goals, 16 points, 85 shots, 29 blocks and 44 hits in 55 games for the Flyers last season. 

Frost tied for the team lead with his three shots on-goal in this one, but none found their way true against a locked-in Alexandar Georgiev. Frost, 22, has posted three goals and 12 points in 47 games played this season.

Frost managed the only goal of the game for the Flyers, beating Marc-Andre Fleury for the score four-plus minutes into the third period. That goal merely drew Philadelphia to within 4-1 on the scoreboard, though, in what finished as a flat loss for the Flyers. In 40 games this season, the 22-year-old forward has posted three goals and 10 points. Fantasy managers in redraft formats can safely leave Frost on the waiver wire.

Frost has been playing well of late and was one of the few Flyers flying in Sunday's game. He showed his speed in setting up the first goal of the game by Travis Sanheim. “Frosty did a pretty good job on the forecheck,” Sanheim said. “I saw that their D was going to turn it over and saw a chance to jump up and he made a great play to me late.” Frost has only two goals and nine points in 39 games this season but has improved his defensive game by leaps and bounds.
