Probably more than any other league, there were major roster shifts in the LEC. The largest shifts in rosters are for Fnatic, Team Vitality, and SK Gaming. Teams like G2 and Rogue want to make a loud impression after missing the MSI tournament, while MAD want to stay on top. There are some explosive games on this slate and some real opportunities for players to make a huge splash. Let’s dive in!
CAPS (G2: Mid) 9.5 Fantasy Points- OVER
I love this over here. 10 kills and assists is pretty low for Caps into the MAD Lions. Both teams like fighting and we will see fighting the entire game. In their series loss to the MAD Lions in the Spring playoffs (they went 1-3) there was not a single match where Caps did not hit 10 total points. I think there is a good chance that G2 gets the win here today so capitalize and hit this over.
Jeskla (AST: ADC) 9.5 Fantasy Points- OVER
The ADC role has such a high emphasis in terms of kills and assists that this score seems relatively low. In his last three games against MAD Lions, Team Vitality, and their opponent today in SK Gaming Jeskla hit the 10 kill/assist number in each match. SK Gaming has done so much reshifting in terms of personnel and coaching staff that I suspect they will have some growing pains to begin the split.
BrokenBlade (S04: Top) 7.5 Fantasy Points- OVER
There are no easy ways to say this but S04 is going to be considerably worse this split. I scratch my head looking at their roster swaps and am I curious how they see themselves winning many games. The only opening I see is if they throw a ton of support behind getting their superstar top laner ahead. BB is one of the most aggressive and flashiest players in the LEC and if he is their win condition, I can see him crushing the 7.5 line set here.
Nisqy (FNC: Mid) 10.5 Fantasy Points- UNDER
This number is far too high. While I think Misfits (the opponent for FNC on Friday) are super volatile, Nisqy really struggles to make impacts in the games he plays in. It was the main reason that Cloud9 made the decision to move on from him at the end of last year and I suspect that FNC will do the same at the end of this year. Him hitting 11 kills and assists with a new jungler and top laner seems like too much to ask from a mid laner who plays more wave management is unfair.
